EDI confirmation quanitty = zero! In which segment and field?

Hi,

In ORDRSP I would like to receive an order confirmation. But the quantity remains zero. How come?

Please can you provide me the segment and field what will update the quanity?

in Segment E1EDP01 - IDoc: Document Item General Data

in field MENGE - Quantity.

enter the qunatity.

HI,

I have filled the 'menge'but get following message in bd87:

The total quantity confirmed amounts to

0.000 <unit of measure> in comparison with the ordered quantity of

1.000 <unit of measure>.

What can I do else wrong?
