Create Master Data register and insert in SID table

Hi experts, I have an infobject with master data and I fill it with a program.

I fill the following tables:

P ( Master data table )

M ( Master data table VIEW).

modify /BIC/PZ99CRCRE from table itab.

But I check, that I have to fill the SID table (/BIC/SZ99CRCRE).

how can i do it? I have to consider something when I generate the SID code?
