    Hi,

if you are able to login into client 000 using different user then ddic then login with that user and unlock DDIC user from 000 client using SU01 tcode

use SAP* user to login into 000 client.

    regards,

    kaushal

      Hi,

if you still execute query at OS level

run query analyzer if you use SQl server 2000

or run sql server management studio if you use SQL 2005

      use folloiwng query

in SQL 2005 click on new query

      USE SID

      Update sid.USR02 set UFLAG=0 where BNAME='DDIC' and MANDT='000'

where SID = your sap system id ID in uppercase

sid = your sap system id ID in lowercase

      query are case sensitive

      regards,

      kaushal
