GRAC_ROLEREP_USER_SYNC prog deletes records from 3 GRACFF* Tables

On 01.09.2018 the GRAC_ROLEREP_USER_SYNC program was executed by our background ID GRCBATCH and as a result, all SPM User IDs for only 1 connector were deleted from the GRACFFUSER, GRACFFOWNER and GRACFFCTRL Tables. This previously happened in October, 2017 but at that time we didn't have logging enabled for the GRACFFUSER, GRACFFOWNER, GRACFFCTRL and DBTABLOG Tables so we were unable to determine who deleted the IDs.

Does anyone have any suggestions of what is causing the GRAC_ROLEREP_USER_SYNC program to delete IDs from 1 connector from the GRACFFUSER, GRACFFOWNER and GRACFFCTRL Tables?
