View Supporting Document Button of IQS3 giving error

Hi Experts,

In the IQS3 transaction when i press the View Supporting Document Button for the 1st Time the Document gets opened. But when i press back button on the Document and come back on IQS3 and try accessing the View Supporting Document it gives me Error 'Requested Function not avaiable'.

I am no sure why this is happening, Please guide me for the same.
