Costing Error

Dear Friends ,

while i m trying to run costing in month to april 2008 near fical year i recive follwoing error meaage

Number of Cost estimate to be locked : > 500

Means locking all cost estimate in ccode

continue ?

From your log, I can decipher a "No Control Record for Activity Type" error.

In Controlling Area ITML, please post some planning records for the following Cost Centre / Activity Type combinations in version 0

1. CCtr 1100-1100 and Activity type 1405

2. CCtr 1400-1400 and Act Type 1610

3. 1000-1000 and 1055

4. 1000-1000 and 1060

etc. Similarly scroll down the error list and plan for all the CCtr + Activity Type errors the system has displayed.

This should fix some issues. We'll look at the rest when you hit them.

Dear ,

Problem now resolved this issue for activity plan related as per your suggestion i m resolved it

but now when i do backflushing its show no standard cost estimate error but this issue resolved by ck24 tcode to relade updated price

Hi Friend,

This problem appear because there are more than one user that run cost estimate at the same time for the same company code (even if the plants are different).

So, u create 2 costing variant , A & B, with 2 valuation variant for one company code

If two user run cost estimate in parallel processing with 2 different costing variant, the error CK381 doesn't appear.

Try this solution. it will help u

You can also run the costing in background. Then you will not get this error.

Hi

It is a warning that system gives you while you are doing costing run in front view rather than background run. do the costing run in background, so you will not get warning.

the system locks all material used in costing run to other users, the warning means that.

if useful, provide points...
