Hello,

With the transaction /n/iwfnd/flia, can you check there is a green ligth for the couple : SalesOrder-create for the user who want to access to the application.

If no, look at the Network tab and look at errors from OData services. Probably there is ono service which is not activated.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply! but the T-code you mentioned is throwing error: "does not exist". When I replaced the "iwfnd" with "ui2" its giving this:

What should I do now??? PLease suggest!

Oups, sorry, you right it was /ui2/flia 🙂

In that transaction, you should type down in intent: SalesOrder-create and then execute the transaction.

It takes some time usualy, in the result you should see at leat one line with green ligth. If it is green, then the problem is ut thereotherwise it is an role assignement issue.

This transaction scan the configuration for the intent navigation of a user. With it you cann see if the user have ^rigth to execute a Tile.

Hi,

This is the result of "/ui2/fila/" > "intent: SalesOrder-create":

then I checked my role settings and all the 4 roles as mentioned in the fiori app library are assigned to the user:

What should I do now? Please suggest!

First, the transaction should be executed in the Front end server. The roles should be also in the FES.

Then if you want use this application :

https://fioriappslibrary.hana.ondemand.com/sap/fix/externalViewer/#/detail/Apps('F0018')/W13

Then, the roles you have mentioned before are not correct, it should be those :

PFCG Role for Technical CatalogSAP_SD_TCR_T_X1

If I'm rigth, the FLIA transaction is correct, your user have no application responding to the intent navigation SalesOrder-create.

Hi,

Thanks for the response but we have S4HANA1709 and I have assigned the roles as per that from app library. Besides the link you provided is for configuration on fiori 1.0 and we are running fiori 4.0. Can you please suggest something as that

You don't care of the system, the role or the application is the same in Fiori 1 or 2 (by the way, there is no Fiori 4, there is a Front End Server 4.0 with Fiori 2.0... SAP business... 🙂 ).

I'm not working yet in S/4 Hana, but if you think the role I gave you is not correct, so, check out the catalogs from the roles you have assigned, and verify the targets mapping of the tile you think it is Create Sales order. If in all of your catalog there is no Create Sales order tile, then try my solution 😉

Hi,

Yes its fiori 2.0 with FES 4.0. Now, I am new to standard apps. We have 1) done SICF(svc activation), 2) Activated oData svcs, 3) Assigned roles. I have no idea if I need to do something with catalog and groups and target mappings. Can you suggest me something please? this is the link we are following for conguration:

https://fioriappslibrary.hana.ondemand.com/sap/fix/externalViewer/#/detail/Apps('VA01')/S9OP

OK,

What I can see is you are using a SAP Gui transaction for the Sale order creation. In the documentation you gave me, the target mapping corresponding to your requirement is not here :

So it is normal than with the intent navigation SalesOrder-create you have no application.

Let's do a try with the role I gave you and you will see, it will working.

But onestly, I do not know why the Manage Sales order does not call the rigth intent navigation couple, it should call SalesDocument-create.

Jospeh

Hi,

Thanks for the response! I checked the role you gave but its not working: Please check this:

and one thing, so I don't need to do anything with the catalog and groups and target mapping mentioned in the app library link?

Hi,

Have you updated this above mentioned Patch(UIX01EAP)...

Can you please share your experience & Status on this issue, so that we can proceed with the steps which have been mentioned above as we are facing the same issue for creating Sales Order(Version-1709).

Thanks,

Vamsi.
