Hi,

i get the same error in a customer system. I've changed the system details to 9.3 PL04 and because it's a new server i also changed the hardware key.

I can import the license file and see the license details in License Management. When i now assign the professional user to my manager user i get the error message.

I also checked the system number, installation number,... everything is correct.

What can I do?

request a valid license according to product version to find product details login to SAP B1 client and then go to help and then about SAP Business One

Make sure the license for SQL version or HANA version.

Hi,

You can't use 9.2 license for 9.3 version. While generating license, you have select correct version and PL.
