RSEINB00 does not work in background

I am uploading IDOCS over file port. If I execute RSEINB00 in transaction sa38, and creat a variable to provide file name, it works very well.

But if I schedule it to run background every 5 minuts, the first time it works well, but then it failed with the error: Error at OPEN '/tmp/bisshare/inbound/orders.ido'. I have checked the file is really there.

The SAP is running on a unix box with disk array.

Any suggestion?

maybe the file has the property read only, not update or delete.

The file can be read and write.

It is strange that sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. I mean after the file is put into the folder the SAP try to read ,maybe failed for 20 or 30 times and then it could be read.

BTW,my test enviroment under windows is working well.
