Hi All,
We are using airwatch browser for fiori launchpad though we know that it is not a supported one. We do not have choice here. The launchpad works as expected except for this specific dynamic data (count of records) on the tile.
We are using airwatch 6.6 browser on ios 10. What was observed is that if the browser is cleared from memory and the launchpad is opened, the count shows up for sometime. A refresh will make it in error. It almost always ends up in error in future refresh unless cleared from memory.
Has anyone faced similar issues with airwatch browser? Does changing the airwatch built help? is it possible to even try that? How about trying airwatch on android? Do they behave differently?
Also, is there any way to see the error messages on Airwatch browser? Have not found a way to open console or debug on them. Any lead would help..
Thank in advance
Thanks Tracy. Anyway we figured it out. Looked like the iOS version had lot of issues, not just for dynamic count, but the attachments etc. Android version works fine. So I guess it is related to the device in someway.
For count, we used another oData retruning the count in a field named number. Using this resolved the issue on iOS. It somehow didnt support $count method.

Ritu,
SAP doesn't certify on the Airwatch Browser. If it is iOS perhaps a XCode console log might assist, but that is as much as I can really recommend to try.
