hey,
I look for a guide to customizing the CHARM.
For example: How do I change the selection in the Subject field. Or how do I put everything in the customer name space?
Thank you very much.
Kind Regards
Dirk
hello christian,
thanks for your answer and your pm.
one of my problems is:
i customized the transaction type SDCR to ZDCR. in dno_cust04 i changed the process type to zdcr as well.
and this work fine.
but when i want to create out of my ZDCR a e.g. "normal correction" who can i tell him to take ZDMJ and not SDMJ.
Another problem is how can i reduce the content of the subject dropdown list.
i just want to see there my SDHF, SDMJ, SDAD (or the customized ZDHF, ZDMJ, ZDAD) and not more...
can anybody help?
kind regards
dirk
p.s. sorry for the bad english

To control which document will be created you need to adjust two things.
1.) You need to define/change catalogue codes, profiles and subject profiles. (Customizing: Catalogue, Codes and Profiles).
2.) In Customzing section "Define Transaction Types" select your transaction type. Assignment of Business Transaction Categories (left hand side). Select "Service Process" and execute "Customizing Header" (left hand side). Now choose your newly created (or changed) subject profile.
3.) Customizing section: "Make Settings for Change Transaction Types". Select your transaction type ZDCR -> Copy Control rules -> Insert newly created catalogue code (use F4 selection in field 'code') and determine the target transaction type which should be created when the corresponding subject is selected.

Regarding customer name space: [this|http://i25.tinypic.com/fw251v.jpg] is the section you want to have a look at. (under Solution Manager -> Configuration -> Scenario Specific -> Change Management)
