create workflow

Hello friends.

I am new to workflows. i am creating a scenario to create material using BO bus1001. my requirement is, when u create the material, u get the select views screen where you select Basic Data1, Basic Data2 and so on selection boxes. here in the select views screen user1 should be authorised to select only Basic Data1 selection box and user2 should be able to select only Basic Data2 selection box. please give me some hint regarding this.

i thing i need to use the ' getmissedviews ' method, and in binding i should take the parameters from the MOFF table. but i am not getting the correct output.
