create workflow

Hello friends.

I am new to workflows. i am creating a scenario to create material using BO bus1001. my requirement is, when u create the material, u get the select views screen where you select Basic Data1, Basic Data2 and so on selection boxes. here in the select views screen user1 should be authorised to select only Basic Data1 selection box and user2 should be able to select only Basic Data2 selection box. please give me some hint regarding this.

i thing i need to use the ' getmissedviews ' method, and in binding i should take the parameters from the MOFF table. but i am not getting the correct output.

Hi Rocky,

There is another way also to meet your requirement is,

You will be having different users/roles assigned as agents, to the tasks. I mean you can different tasks for to maintain differnt group of MM view. E.g. If your QM guy is filling QM alongwith Plantdata:1/2 views also, you can create a task for it, assign an agent to it and then you can restrict to fill the QM guy filling other views from user authorizations (Basis). Once you compile it for all "the relevant views belongs to user groups". You can assign the relevant authorization to the relevant Agents only.
