Pre requisites for setting up new C4C tenant

Hi,

Can you please give some good brief for the 'Pre requisites for setting up new C4C tenant' (P tenant), we are planning to copy production tenant with solution profile copy from test tenant, later on we maintain all manual activities marked as YES in open activity list under implementation project.

my concern is Configuration, Level 0 and Flexibility are copied into target tenant if solution profile taken from source tenant, but as SAP C4C documentation is showing under Level 0 , organization structure also mentioned will be copied automatically, is this true? if this is the case then why Perform organization structure set up marked as manual activity (repetition required) YES under open activity list under implementation project?

Please let me know your thoughts on this, if any good documentation would be helpful.
