Cannot create company code data for business partner / vendor role FLVN00 in S/4HANA

Dear Experts,

I am new to S/4HANA world and I have faced the below problem. Please advise the solution.

The environment is S/4 HANA1610.

Previously user wrongly created a business partner (vendor) with wrong BP group selected. He has created generated BP role and FI role (FLVN00).

Then, he use t-code BUPA_DEL to delete that vendor and return successful message

So, he tried to create the same vendor with same vendor code again in BP.

General view can be created yet when input all data for BP role FLVN00 and click save, system pops error message as below:

I guess maybe some archiving / deletion steps are missing.

Checked table LFB1 also and no record existed for that vendor.

Do you have any idea of what can be wrong here?

Diagnosis

During saving the supplier master data the following error message was raised:

Vendor XXXXXXX already exists
CVI_MAPPING-043

System Response

Due to this error the supplier master data was not updated while the Business Partner data was updated successfully.

Procedure

Update the data according to the returned error message or contact your system administrator.

Hi,Please check number range for vendor group (XKN1) and business partner group (BUCF). Probably they both are different, they should be same.

Could you solve this issue, or someone who can tell me, I have the same issue, and I could not solve it.
