Hi all,

can I have two ship to parties for two materials in the sales order?

Item ship to party

X A

Y B

Even the same should reflect in my delivery documents also

How should i customise this?

Please explain the customising steps in detail.

hi,

at the time of SO you can change the partners,

by selecting the line item you can see in partners tab.

Hi Mani,

I have changed the ship to party for the second line item in the partner function tab of the sales order. But when doing delivery it picked up only one material and i have made the delivery of that item then when i tried to do the delivery of the second line item wrt my order then it is throwing the error

"No delivery-relevant items in order 0000012068, order type OR"

Dear Anil

As I already stated, if the ship to party is different at item level, you will get two deliveries. In VL01N, give the shipping point and sale order reference 12068 and execute so that the other item will also now be displayed in delivery.

Still if you get the same error, please check whether stock is confirmed for the item which is not coming to delivery.

Hi Anil,

Yes you can have different ship to parties for different materials in your order.

Previously make sure that all the ship to's are assigned to your sold to party in master data. you can change the ship to party at the line item level in item partners tab of your sales order which will create you different deliveries for each ship to party

Do u mean to say i have to make two deliveries wrt same sales order?

when i came to the delivery screen from sales order then the system automatically picked up only one item.

use vl10 to create the 2 deliveries for the same sales order
