scp-connection-destination.jpgI've had this failure reason on 2 separate accounts today. Everything was working fine just 5 minutes earlier when I was working on the SAP Cloud Platform Web IDE then BOOM the connection just dies. When I check the connection in the SAP Cloud Platform all I get is the error:
Failure reason: "Could not check at the moment. Please try again later"
No clues in the console log
The system is available.
The Cloud Connector is available. I'm using a Personal Cloud Connection for Mac - version 2.10.2 which is the current version.
Help?!
Hi Jocelyn,
Have you tested the button "check connection" in the destination? Is it green? If yes the problem is maybe coming from the WEB IDE.
Can you see in the logs of the Cloud Connector that the request is coming?

Hi Matthieu, It's the Check Connection button that was giving the error. I went to test that because the Web IDE was clearly not able to reach the destination anymore.
It seems ok again this morning. So it's an annoying temporary error - here's hoping it doesn't reappear.
Thanks for trying
Jocelyn
Change the port extension to 44301 as my CAL instance I was using a while back had this configuration in the destination and it worked. This is an easy change so quick to check. Hope it works!

I just checked now on a SCP Trial account using SCC 2.10 for Mac. I don't get this error. Not sure why its not working for you.
