I m having an issue that i have to take print out of a test cert. by t.code = VL72 this is a t.code by which print out of test cert. is taken , I m having two printer at my office , when i m print to first printer then the logo of my company is not coming in it's own place it is shifted downwards , & when i m using another printer then the top part of test cert. is totally disappeared only 50% of bottom portin is printed so i have tried to give print to my office in MUMBAI But there the print out is having no problem it is perfect , pl help me where to check , as i had consult to my colleages they say that the program for Test cert. is same , there me y be setting issue in printer , pl guide how to check the printer setting .
