Vertical Lines in Smartforms

How can i draw vertical lines in Smartforms. I want vertical lines between columns in the main window and i want the lines from top to bottom even if i have just one record in the table data.

how can i solve this using loop and Template instead of table?

1st, u have to place a template with only vertical lines on the full screen.

Then u have to place a table (overlap) on the that template.

for table u have to use only hoprizantal lines, if u want.

Try in this approach. I did the same.

I have placed a template under the main window node and after that i placed a table for printing the line items. In the Main Area of the table node i'm using the loop.

but now the template is printing but the items are behind the template (we couln't see the items).

wat i can do?

Print the template before you print the line items

This way it will printer under them.

Another thing

If you want the template to print on every page,

place it in a separate window outsde thje Main Window

make sure it is abive the main window in the list of windows

to draw lines in a template

double click on the template. then click on the pencil-like button on the right side and draw lines with it.

after that, click on the "select pattern" button and click on "framed pattern" button.

u can also individually do it by clicking on the outer frame button and other buttons next to it.
