IDOC - Error in document: BKPFF $

Hello All,

I am trying to re-process the existing IDOC in Quality system using WE19. Quality system was refreshed recently which copied the IDOC from Prod to QA.

I am getting error msg - Error in document: BKPFF $ (QA system details)

Message no. RW609

This is happening because Receiving Port currently is from Production. Can someone tell me all the config that is required in sending & receiving port so that I can process the IDOC successfully
