Trigger email when save PO with certain PR doc type

Hi experts,

I have an issue here.

Ok. First of all, I would like to know is there anyway to trigger email when user save during PO creation. However, the triggering email will not happen to all PO. It has a condition where by the PR document type is 'ZEC'.
