Hi all,
following the prerequisites we enabled first system replication on the primary system (entered the primary system logical name "SOURCE" used to represent our primary system) and then chose Finish on the bottom right through SAP HANA Studio (not HANA Cockpit).
Then before completing the secondary system registration (therefore no log replication mode or system replication configuration choice made) we left the activity pending.
After about one hour our primary system was found inactive. HANA Studio showed several alerts like the following:
ID 59: Alert percentage of transactions blocked
ID 49: Alert Long-Running blocking situations
Is it a correct behaviour that without having completed the configuration our primary system immediately started to block transactions?
