SAP C4C User Activity

Whenever I run SAP C4C user logon / activity / in-system time reports, I can only get data going back max one month. As a new deployment, I want to report month-month trends, set targets etc. How do I get more history when - no matter what date range (specific or relative) I'm always apparently limited to last 30 days?

Hi Richard,

You should be able to change the date 'selection' and choose the data range. Refer the attached image for changing the date and choosing a range.

Hi Sandeep, changing the date selection does not change the report.
