Inbound emails

Hello,

We are using CRM 5.0 and would like to track where emails into our CRM system are going.

We have the following address space set up: *@ crd.company.com...

So, any emails that are sent to this address space (e.g. myname @ crd.company.com) are coming into CRM but I cannot see where they are being stored. I know they are coming in, because I can see them in SWI1 and in SCOT > Utilities > Trace

For example, if I create a user in SU01 with an email address like: name @ crd.company.com. When I send an email to this user's address into CRM, I cannot find it in SO02.

Is there anyway I can get it to come straight into the user's business workplace inbox?

Please note, we are unfortunately NOT using ICWebClient.

Any suggestions / info would be much appreciated.
