How do I make a group header only appear on the top of a new page?

I have a group header that repeats on the top of each new page as well as when the group first begins. This is all as expected and normal. The client also wants the word "Continued" to appear under the group header only when it appears on subsequent pages and not when the group first begins. I cannot figure how to do this. I am using Crystal Reports developer edition within Visual Studio 2015.
