Kapsel Logger plugin - upload timeout issue

Hi Community,

We are trying to upload device logs using kapsel logger plugin.
When executing the upload function , the request times out and the error response is as below :

Please help us in resolving this issue.
Kapsel plugin version : 3.15.0
Device used : iPad
