Down Time Details - Reg

Dear Gurus,

We are facing the problem in PM while getting the Downtime for the particular month. We saw the Report in TCODE IW29.. it shows the Down time Details based on Dates

1. Notification Date

2. MalFunction Start Date

3. MalFunction End Date..

But our Need is ...

The Notification created in the 30th day of the Month.. (ie., Notification Date) and The Malfunction Start Date is the Same and Break Down Completes on next day ie., 1st day of the Next Month. In this case the Down time falls in the two days in different month. (For Ex - 20 hrs which starts on 5 pm on 30th day and ends on 1pm on the 1 st day..)

In IW29 ... we give the Notification Date & Malfunction Start Date .. From 1st to 30 of the Month it includes the above said Down Time as 20 hrs....

we want to the Exact down time in the Particular Month ...

Kl. Guide us...

Thanks and Regards,

Murugesh R

    hi

For downtime analysis you should use the T code MCI7 or MCJB/MCJC,

Also as system will take the malfucntion start time only say in your example if the breakdown starts on 31/03/08 and ends on 01/04/08, then if you execute MCI7 for monthe 03 you can find the breakdown as 1 whereas if you run MCI7 for 04 month then breakdown will be ZERO

    kindly check it
