Hi Guys, Can someone tell me what the difference is between the ''Average Handling Time'' found in the ''Agent contact Handling Time - report) and the ''Handling (Avg.)'' found in the ''Volume reports''?¤t_toc=/en/4b/21449148ea44e6b51d954859dc8cd9/plain.htm&node_id=20)
