Target cost is not calulated by target cost version 0 using T-code KKS2.

I executed the variance calculation for production orders using t-code

KKS2 for target cost version 0.

The variance calculation generated message KV154.

I tried to verify the target cost which was calculated by target cost

version 0 using t-code CO03.

The target cost was not calculated by target cost version 0.

The below setting is maintained in Cost Object Controlling for target

cost version 0.

.the variance variant has been maintained

.control costs = actual costs

.target costs = current standard cost estimate.

How can I solve the problem?

You must check the date to which the cost estimate is valid.

When you execute standard cost estimate using t-code CK11N or CK40N, you enter the date from which the cost estimate is valid and

Date to which the cost estimate is valid.

You must compare order’s release date with date to which the cost estimate is valid.

I have the exact same issue , where we just updated sales order costs and now our target cost no longer show on report KKBC.

I'm new to SAP , so to clarify ar eyou saying that if i go to CK11N and enter a valid date prior to the execution of the production order this will the allow the system to properly generate target costs.

Thank you
