Need an urgent help for mail service(SOST)

Hello Gurus,

We had a production outage couple of days back, due to that reason, we had around 400 mails stuck in out queue in waiting status. RSCONN1 job is running succesfully, but not picking up any waiting email to send rather giving an message 'A send process is already running for INT/prio High'. I have checked the note 2305255, and followed the step, but it that does not work work. Please help me in this account, we have many important emails to vendors pending since last 2 days and need your urgent resolution.
