Unallocated Price differences in ML

Dear Experts,

We have activated ML+Actual costing + Batch level valuation for one of our client with S/4 Hana

As per the Business Process, respective Batch stock will be sold out in the current month. However respective freight invoices for the same might come after a months time during which inventory will not be available due to which it will go to Price difference account during invoice verification.

Due to batch level valuation, these price differences will not be rolled up to COGS or Inventory during ML run

My question is there a way in ML to allocate all these types of unallocated or Not distributed price differences to arrive at the actual cost in M.L

P.S. As per my understanding, if there is no material movement for a particular material in a particular month, then any price differences relating to that material in that period will remain unallocated in ML. Pls let me know whether this understanding is correct.

Regards

Hi Ushaganeshan,

You need to check 'No stock coverage check' in single level price determination step while running CKMLCP and also try to delete the price limiter variances from CKMVFM.
