exception 151050: CDC add subscription

Hi experts

Our scenario is SDI ECC (OracleECCAdapter).

Whilst trying to execute a flowgraph we are getting an error:

Failed to add subscription for remote subscription XXX.Error: exception 151050: CDC add subscription failed: Adapter validation failed. Failed to validate properties. Error(s): The value [1521] of property [admin_port] represents a local port number in Data Provisioning Agent, but it is already in use by another program.

Any ideas?
