When i type in the Username and Password iam getting a Token Error (LO 02049) from the REST Service.

Iam not sure if the Rest Service is running clear. Could somebody help me to validate if my Rest ist running clear and if not how i can configur it.

Check below KBs

Live office does use Restful web service if you are connecting to UNX universes from SP6 onwards.

2195111 - While logging to live office error observed is "An error occurred when requesting the token from the REST service. (LO 02049)"

2264579 - Live office throws "An error occurred when requesting the token from the REST service. (LO 02049)" when logging to the BI platform

Prem,

LiveOffice does NOT use RESTful &/or WACS to connect to Platform. RESTful is normally running at port 6405 by default. You can check if the service is running by checking ALL server on CCM.

You can also test if WACS (RESTful) is working

http://<SERVERNAME>:6405/BOE/CMC - Using RESTfull to login

http://<SERVERNAME>:8080/BOE/CMC - Using standard login

You can also change

from the Default Port 6405 if required from CMS > SERVER

Regards,

Ajay

Hello Ajay,

http://<SERVERNAME>:6405/BOE/CMC - is not restful and not using restful at all.
This is regular CMC app running on WACS. CMC login is not using restful.
Restful web services do run on WACS and live office does use restful in it workflows (raylight etc).

Restful URL is

http://server:6405/biprws
