Issue with Export to PDF - BI 7.0

Hi all,

I am facing an issue in printing web templates to PDF. I am on BI 7.0 and using commands to generate PDF out of a template.

I have created a button and assigned Export to PDF command to it. The problem is that if I specify “Web Template” property to the command as the same web template (which I want to print) or any other web template, nothing happens on clicking Print to PDF button. When I click the button it simply opens a new empty window.Ideally it should be opening an adobe acrobat document with the web template and web items.

If I don’t assign any “Web Template” property to the command, is does open Adobe acrobat but says that the file is corrupt.

Can anyone please help? Will definitely reward points for helpful answers.

Well, reinstall the adobe and check the operation. Again see that the command is ok.

The command seems to be ok.

When you say reinstall do you mean reinstalling "Adobe Document Services" on the server ? or somethiing else.

Reinstall on your desktop and check and not on server.

We applied SP 16 in BW server and the problem was resolved.

Does this work from the SAP delivered Web Analyzer?
