Hello all,
In C4C, We have visits, Tours and routes.
In the Routes, I understand adding visits, scheduling visits based on my availability, based on accounts all that is possible.
However this route is planned based on the TIME of visits.
1. Is it possible for the system to give the optimal route based on which visit is closes to me will be my next visit and so on?
2. Also, is it possible to arrange visits based on the CUSTOMER's Classification? For example if the customer is a A- Account it should be given priority and be my next visit, and so on.??

Hi Abhishek,
You can plan a group of visits in a route, which is a collection of visits in a logical sequence. When you are happy with the visit sequence and timing, you can generate all the visits at the same time. You can also define route templates for routes that are repeated often, or for routes that are specific to a certain group of customers or sales- or service representatives. You can then use these templates to create routes, saving you time and ensuring accuracy and consistency.
There is no such functionality or rule to create visits as per your given condition. Sales employees will sort their list of accounts using filters and create visits.Regards,
