My launchpad page looks like that,

and i getting this error.

How can i fix it?

Do you see the same problem if you use a standard theme? You could add a url parameter when launching the FLP such as "sap-theme=sap_belize" or sap_bluecrystal to bypass any custom theme. It is common that you need to upgrade custom themes when upgrading the frontend, but I've never seen a FLP look quite like that.

Do you see any failed requests in the network tab of dev tools?
