Hi all,

I am working with "SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence 4.2" and have the following Problem.

My report is running OK, but I need to format the output and don't know how - hopefully you can help!

The following values are part of my output:

I would like to highlite a part of the output (see above).

There are a couple of strings that has to be searched for in the output.

  • SUP.RSS.DE.DS.ETTS.RS2.DATA
  • OS_FFM_PS_ECO

If one of these strings is found, just this string needs to be highlighted

Is there hopefully simple solution to this chalenge?

Best regards,

Henning

Your only option is to format the cell as HTML and use HTML formatting codes, ex:

="This is not highlighted <mark>but this is</mark>"

Henning,

You best option in WebI would be to create a Alerter (Conditional Format) to look for text string within data. The problem is that it will highlight the entire ROW in the cell instead of just the syntax string you want to highlight.
