Error for SAP WM transactions on S/4 HANA 1709

Hello Experts,

I need to configure WM solution for a client on S/4 HANA 1709. But when I checked on 1709 system throws hard error "Internal error has occurred... (L3703)" for any WM transactions.

Can you please explain the reason and how can I configure the WM on this 1709 system?
