BPC11 product roadmap and end on maintenance(EOM)

Hello Team,

One of our customers using BPC10.1 NW (standard) version with backend BW7.4 on HANA. Customer has upgrade plan and asking for suggestion.

Customer shown interest to move to BPC 11 version on BW/4HANA system.

Checked SAP site for product maintenance.

For BPC10.1 NW (standard), SAP supports until 2022 whereas BPC11 support available upto 2020. Here what is SAP's road map for customers using BPC10.1 NW (Standard)?
