Mig​ration of DB table XI_AF_MSG to target table BC_MSG failed

Hello Experts, We are upgrading SAP PI 7.0 EHP2 (dualstack) to PI 7.4 (dualstack) running on Windows 2012 and Sybase 16.
The upgrade is currently in the Downtime Stage and stuck in the following phase:

ABAP - MAIN_NEWBAS/GETSYNC_SECMIG_FINI
JAVA - Run offline migrations Please see the attached log files.
