Hi Experts!
I'm running into a strange issue: I properly se up SSO entering AD information during the installation of Sap Business ONE, binded the B1 users with the Microsoft's one and enabled SSO in SLD Control Center. But now, the "Log on with current domain User" checkbox in the login screen of B1 client is still grayed! The strage thing is that via Browser single sign on works: users are automatically recognised by the Sytem when they visit the dispatcher URL.
If it can be helpful, I'm running Sap B1 (vewrsion for HANA) 9.3PL00
Thanks in advance
Davide
Dears,
We have new limitation that introduced in FP2208 ,
Please see attached SAP Note 3228598 for further explanation,
o The creation of an SAP B1 user is now divided in 2 parts: the B1 account, done in B1, and the domain account bind, which is now done in SLD.
o Previously, this bind was directly done in the User management window in SAP B1,

However, for other versions, like 9.3, please check as below,
1.Some OS updates for example KB number: 4492348 will cause this issue, please check below ms links for details and solution,
https://backstage.forgerock.com/knowledge/kb/article/a22578720
We would recommend reviewing the OS documentation regarding the update causing the Kerberos to not operate properly.
Please involve OS support to perform the OS configuration changes as per the specific environment practices.
2. Check SAP Note 2638694 - Troubleshooting Single Sign-On in SAP Business One

Dear SAP Team,
We are currently encountering an issue with SAP Business One version 10.0 for SAP on MSSQL 2019 Enterprise edition (10.00.180) FP2111 (64-bit). Although we have enabled Single Sign-On (SSO), we are experiencing some challenges that I would greatly appreciate your guidance on. The problems we are facing are as follows:
The checkbox for "Log on with Current Domain User" remains grayed out, preventing us from utilizing this option.
Interestingly, SSO is functioning correctly on web browsers.
I kindly request your expert advice on resolving these issues. Any assistance in fixing this problem or providing guidance on gathering more information for troubleshooting would be highly appreciated.
Thank you,
