Sec. Higher Education Cess default values

Hi,

In SPRO, Maintain Excise Defaults, i am maintaining default tax condition types for Sec. Higher Education Cess as

A/P AT1 Condition - JA1S

A/R AT1 Conditon - JA1Y

AT1 Percent - JA1X

where as i checked theses conditions JA1Y is not showing and the its calculation is on 16% instead of 14%. I need here to calculate according to 14%.
