Workflow Translation issue

Hi,

We have maintained the decision texts for User decision step types in both German and English language,to enable the user to see the user decision text in the logon language, we have done this through the path EXTRAS->Translation->Translation.

Here in development client it is working fine,but in quality client the texts are not converting to German Language when the user log's in German Language.
