Mapping / Uploading MS Excel file data to SAP system using XI

Hi Everybody,

I need help regarding mapping / uploading of MS Excel data which will be available in a sheet to an application in R/3 system. This has to be accomplished using XI.

Attributes that are in the excel file "Time Sheet" are as follows..

a)Name & other employee details

b)Time Sheet for the month

c)Date

d)Project & Location

e)Description

f)Activity Type

g)No of hours

h)Remarks

please guide me how to accomplish this.
