BEx Analyzer displays wrong data,which is inconsistent with RSRT

Hey folks,

situation:

BEx Analyzer displays wrong data which is inconsistent with RSRT in some computers, meanwhile, in other computers, right data can be seen. Like this:

Wrong data are displayed in customers' computer sometimes, and consultants' are always right. Wrong data keeps the same. Data in Cube has no change. Data in RSRT is always right.

question:

Why such things happen? How can we correct it？

We are facing with the same issue as well. This is especially true with people who are using support package 2.
