To start learning in any Module you should be well aware of Business Process in that module and to learn tearms in SAP i would suggest you to srat with MM Library

If you like to Start MM first step up with MATERIAL MASTER and Vendor Master go throughly about those master datas because it was the major one that decides in MM Module once you are confident then move to Purchasing Purchasing includes Purchase requistion,request for Quotation and Purchase Order next it was Inventory Management includes goods receipt,goods movement,physical inventory and finally it was Invoice Receipt

Hi,
To start with you can study on Master data in MM.
Then the MM flow & the transactional data.
PR-RFQ-PO-MIGO-MIRO-Payment processing
Then the special processes like sub contracting,Third party processing,STO,consignment.
Major areas can be Purchasing,Inventory Management,Logistics Invoice Verification.....
