Costing Using WBS Element

Dear Experts,

I have a specific scenario where I am putting the demand for finished product in network and then doing MRP run. The components for the Process Order are procured and consumed. Sometimes, I am running into wrong cost of Raw Materials whenever they are procured independent of WBS/projects. In such cases the cost of raw materials come from MAP (of non-project inventory).

I want to bring the cost of raw materials (in process order cost analysis screen) based upon the per unit cost of procurement against a specific WBS. Can anyone suggest what specific configuration needs to be maintained for this?

I am maintaining PPP1 and PPP2 for Planned and Actual Cost in Order Type Dependent parameters. The strategy used is 40. and in valuation variant I am choosing "valuation Price According to Price Control in Material Master".

Also pls let me know whether costing through CK11n and CK40N is good enough or do I need to do costing through CKW1.

Is there anything that I need to do so as to get the cost of raw materials procured against project/wbs.
