Sync Issue in BI Platform in Lumira 2.0 Designer - Failed to obtain RESTful web services logon token

Hi All,

We are getting below error when Sync changes in BI platform from Lumira Designer, please comment, if anybody faced this issue in past

PC: Your “hosts” file either does not have your BI Platform host IP or it points to two different IPs using the same host. This is not the cause here

I am also getting the same issue except I get a slightly different error message.

"...response status 404; Reason:" No reason given.

We have 2 other environments where is works without any issues from the same Lumira Designer desktop installation. In those environments there is only 2 nodes (1 for Lumira and 1 for everything else), whereas in the failing environment there is 4 nodes ( 2 for Lumira + 2 for everything else) with a load balancer in front of that.

Hi - the first error message says you are "unauthorized" - have you check BI platform, backend and desktop authorizations?

Checked already, target system is connected and user id is having all the authorizations.
