I am also getting the same issue except I get a slightly different error message.
"...response status 404; Reason:" No reason given.
We have 2 other environments where is works without any issues from the same Lumira Designer desktop installation. In those environments there is only 2 nodes (1 for Lumira and 1 for everything else), whereas in the failing environment there is 4 nodes ( 2 for Lumira + 2 for everything else) with a load balancer in front of that.

Hi - the first error message says you are "unauthorized" - have you check BI platform, backend and desktop authorizations?
