Collective bill account

Experts,

What does it take to activate and replicate the items at the collective account??? can we create a collective bill afterwards the accounts to be grouped are created??? are the items created before the creation of the collective account included in the account balance of the collective account???

You create 2 contract Accounts...and in master data of contract account you indicate for parent account that Contract account category is a collective bill account

similarly you also attach the parent in the child account.

Usually the postings at child level are posted as statistical postings....and that of postings at parent level as real postings...all correpondence is generated @ parent level..coming to your query...if you want to change particular CA to collective CA.....try using CAA2 <pls check>.....and establish the relation ships......may all the subsequent postings shall be as mentioned above....<pls verify this>....I'm not too sure.....

It depends up on the outcome of above query.... so you pls check the IInd query.
