Hi,

Is there a standard SAP report that shows list of all OPEN PO's issued for particular WBS?

And

Standard report for Open PO's which GRN not done.

Dear Diwakar

Use SAP Standard report CNB2 or ME2J to extract the OPEN PO's with NO GR exists for the particular WBS element (if specific) else use Project field;

Use below selection criteria:

Project * or

WBS Element XXXXXXX

Scope of list ALV
Selection parameter WE101

Hi Diwakar,

There is no standard report that gives the list of open POs but you can try transaction ME2N. It can provide pretty close results.

You can choose Account Assignment Category and Goods Receipt flag from dynamic selection from under Purchasing Document item.
