Query about installation NW for xRPM

I have a query

In previous days was installing ERP 6.0 and I got a problem, I stopped the installation and restart the server and lost graphical mode and then installed on another server without problems

Now my question is:

I will not cause any conflict with the files on the installation of ERP, if I install Netweaver for xrpm?
